jake was a loud and always happy person and loved by everyone, he sadly pased away and now will ben in everyones heart forever no1 will ever forget jake and now with out that joyful smile on jakes face the world will not be the same. jake was always ready to party and always up for a laugh he was a youth worker at young people march and was a very proud guy.
